All of the text, images, media and audio on this website and it's affliated media ( The Beyond ERT videos, Beyond ERT newsletter & The Beyond ERT social media ) are compliant with Irish GDPR and safeguarding laws as of 2026.
Beyond ERT newsletter:
Our newsletter is a weekly update on young innovators in medicine, the works of Beyond ERT and any events going on for young founders. All subscribers who fill out the form on the main page to receive this newsletter will receive it via Gmail and the personal details filled in on the page will be stored in a confidential list. If you decide you do not want to receive our newsletter, please fill out the form on the newsletter cancellation page and your name and email will be deleted from our list within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent by our team as well.
Declaration of compliance with the HSE
Our research work maintains in compliance with the Health service executive ( HSE ) in the Republic of Ireland and the National health service ( NHS ) in the united kingdom. Anu kumar is the only one with access to sensitive files from the survey displayed on the community page & notes from the group calls. Should you wish your data be deleted, please email Anu at a.kumar25@taylorshill.ie and all data under your name shall be deleted along with a copy detailing the information that was deleted.
